Murchyk is a name of our cat. "Murchyk" is created from a word "Murr" which means "Purr" in Ukrainian, so Murchyk is a very common name for a cat in Ukraine. Our family is Ukrainian-Canadian and our Murchyk cat is bilingual - he is purring in both languages, Ukrainian and English :) Well, this blog is not only about him - it's about all the Murchyks in the world: cats, kittens and kitties, purring and meowing darlings and sweeties...
Meet Richard! He is a cat from Ukraine.
He is a male, only three month old, his breed is a British Shorthair and he
lives with a family of my friends, very dear people for me. Wow, Richard is a
cutie!
